What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
So that I can better understand your hair history and your desired results, all of my guests start their journey with me with a short questionnaire. I’ll have you describe your hair type, get me up to date on your previous (if any) extension experience and upload a front & back photo of your current hair, as well as your inspiration for your desired outcome. Once I receive your information, I’ll be in touch to schedule your phone consultation within 24 hours.
The Consultation
During our consultation you will have time to tell me more about your hair and how it makes you feel. I will answer all of the questions that arise around hair extensions, the process, maintenance and pricing. This is a great time for us both to see if we would be a good fit moving forward. At the end of this call you will be invited to make your reservation. A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your appointment. (The retainer goes toward your total cost the day of your appointment)
at the appointment
When you arrive for your new NBR Installation you will be welcomed to make yourself at home in my chair. Complimentary refreshments and snacks are available though your entire appointment. Prior to arriving I will take your coffee and lunch order and you will have time to relax and enjoy these while I’m behind the scenes prepping your hair extensions. After your amazing hair transformation is complete, I would love to capture your stunning beauty on camera and will send you out the door with a care package of all the necessities for your home care.
after the goodbye
You can expect to hear from me within a week of leaving with the hair of your dreams. I always check in to see how things are feeling and make sure your transition into hair extensions is seamless. I’m available via text if you have any questions or concerns.
